Facilities Administrator – London – 1 year FTC (rolling contract)
We have a super role for a candidate who really enjoys supporting in a boutique environment and has a great attitude and is happy to help who is presently working in a facilities capacity.
The role is an early start 7 – 3 daily and the position is for a trusted member of the team to support with a variety of tasks. You also have the option of working 7 – 12 if preferred daily, five days onsite in this City based finance house.
The Role
Duties include:
- Collect newspapers and distribute/scan
- Purchase milk, tea and sundries regularly for the office.
- Collect post and parcels from post room, distribute accordingly
- Liaise with maintenance contractors
- Weekend work may happen around 6 to 8 times a year and overtime will be paid
- Restock bottled water and keep meeting rooms clean throughout the day
- Set up meeting rooms for meetings and work functions
- Assist at work functions
- Assist with set up of digital recording equipment for interviews
- Order Nespresso coffee pods
- Deal with confidential waste bags
- Fill up photocopiers
- Order paper and stationery, monitor stationery use
- Empty dishwasher, monitor cutlery usage throughout the day
- Assist with meetings to include help with name badges and meeting room set-up
- Flower arranging
- Stock taking of supplies
- Help move heavy items around the office
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy throughout the day
- Make tea/coffee for meetings
- Book maintenance tests for fire extinguishers
- Point of contact with office cleaners, provide feedback to senior boss of cleaning company
- Bind documents
