Are you available for mid-May start and a superb EA looking for your next exciting role in fast paced private equity? We have a wonderful opportunity for an exceptional EA to join a leading firm in the West End of London, in a hybrid capacity, supporting two Partners, a Principal and a team (5 in total) in this outstanding global company, working 9.00 – 5.30pm with flexibility to support outside of hours on odd occasion as the business requires.

We are seeking candidates ideally from top tier private equity or sharp end financial services and this is a temp to perm, where you have the opportunity to showcase your incredible skills and ability and become part of the wider EA team who are utterly supportive and welcoming, working in a collegiate and professional environment, providing seamless administrative support, based 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Ideally you will have a solid work tenure delivering for busy Partners and teams within private equity or sharp end FS with strong MS Office skills and a warm and engaging approach and a super can-do attitude.
Duties are outlined below:
- Direct EA coverage for your Partners and team.
- Developing exceptional internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Extensive diary/calendar management, including the ability to schedule a high volume of meetings with multiple attendees across multiple time zones.
- Expert scheduling.
- Booking complex global and domestic travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, entry requirements for international destinations.
- Confident around board packs and board related administration.
- Process all expenses in a timely manner using Concur.
- Manage all necessary requirements associated with extended global travel, i.e. visas, vaccinations etc.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- High degree of responsiveness and sense of urgency.
- Ability to multitask with continuously changing priorities on short notice.
- Proactively anticipates needs.
- Understands priorities and thinks critically.
