Do you have experience leading digital transformation, process automation, and IT project management, including managing end-to-end implementation of digital logistics and sales solutions? Ideal candidate will be an expert in SAP with experience in Automotive, Energy, Chemicals and Mining sectors.
We are looking for a Digital Transformation Lead β Logistics & Sales to drive the digitalization of global logistics and sales processes for our exciting clients' organisation. This role will analyse workflows, identify automation opportunities, and implement IT solutions to enhance efficiency and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify inefficiencies in logistics and sales and propose digital solutions.
- Partner with teams to define business requirements and process improvements.
- Develop and execute a roadmap for digital transformation.
- Lead the implementation of IT solutions (SAP, CRM, SRM, TMS, WMS, AI, RPA).
- Ensure seamless integration, user adoption, and change management.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement.
What Weβre Looking For:
- 10+ yearsβ experience in digital transformation, process automation, and IT project management in Automotive, Energy, Chemicals and Mining sectors.
- Expertise in SAP SD, MM, WM (S/4HANA preferred) and logistics optimization.
- Strong understanding of Opportunity to Customer, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay processes.
- Proven track record in IT solution deployment, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
- Fluent in English (Turkish native preferred) and open to international travel.
- Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) and experience in Agile/Lean methodologies are a plus.
