As a SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their HR transformation journeys. You will be responsible for understanding complex client needs, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring the seamless implementation and integration of SuccessFactors.
- Leading client engagements to deeply understand their Recruitment and Onboarding needs, designing and delivering tailored solutions utilising SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding.
- Providing expert guidance on the configuration and implementation of all aspects of SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding.
- Advising clients on best practices for Recruitment and Onboarding, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Configuring and testing SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems.
- Developing and maintaining strong, collaborative client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
A strong understanding of SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding module configuration, including comfort working with data structures and workflows.
Proven experience in configuring, implementing, and testing SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding solutions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant legislation pertaining to recruitment and onboarding.
