Are you currently working in a fast-paced environment where you support a busy team with a full plethora of EA duties? We have an outstanding opportunity to support a group of investment professionals, 7-10 busy stakeholders, in a high performing finance house in the West End, which has an enviable reputation in the marketplace.

You must be happy to start in late October 2025 and be free to commit for a 10 month maternity contract until August 2026. We are looking for an individual who is warm and engaging and happy to look after a mix of stakeholders and work five days onsite, 9am - 6pm, giving complete commitment to the contract. An exceptionally supportive environment and great benefit package awaits.

Although we are looking for candidates ideally from financial services, we would also welcome applications from EAs who are seeking an opportunity to enter the finance arena!

We are looking for a candidate who is hardworking and self-motivated, to whom no job is too small. This is a high performing, but very supportive environment and you will work alongside a team of super EAs.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting 7-10 team members.
  • General administrative duties including calendar administration.
  • Coordinating meetings/interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Complex travel management (domestic and international).
  • Phone coverage/gatekeeping.
  • Expenses reporting for the team.
  • Inbox management and holiday cover for EA teammates when necessary.
  • Liaising with external vendors and business contacts.
  • Coordination of various office events.
  • Handling sensitive documents such as legal documents, invoices, presentations and more.
  • Management of signatures for various documents.
  • Ad-hoc/miscellaneous project work.
  • Pro-active engagement across teams and EAs internally to drive process and outcomes (strong ownership mentality).
