Temporary Team Assistant/PA - Immediate start - Mayfair. £45K-55K (daily rate equivalent).
Are you currently in sharp end finance, such as private equity or investment banking? We have a superb temporary role with an immediate start for a candidate who is happy to commit on a rolling monthly temporary basis, working 3 days onsite and 2 from home, 8.30am – 5.15pm daily.
The role starts ASAP and we are looking for that superstar individual who has a can-do attitude and is very happy to give their all in a temporary position. You will be paid a daily rate based on an annual salary equivalent of £45K-55K depending on levels of experience and work within an amazing team of EAs who are utterly supportive and offer a warm welcome.
The role will support a small team of 2 Directors and 3 others and will handle a variety of tasks, including:
- Overflow expenses from the administrative team and providing holiday cover to the EA team members.
- Expense processing using the Workday system, for the team, and for the Senior Executive Assistants as required.
- Scheduling meetings, conference calls, and video conferences both internally and externally, spanning multiple time zones and offices.
- Arranging domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, cars, visas etc.) via the company travel partners.
- Telephone and email coverage.
- Archiving, filing, scanning and printing of documents.
- Assisting with events, networking lunches, dinners, drinks, advisory panels etc.
- Occasional administrative assistance for colleagues from other office locations when they visit the London office.
- Occasional cover for other EAs, such as holiday and medical leave.
- Occasional ad-hoc office duties such as occasional ordering of stationery and office supplies.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of PA experience supporting senior and multiple individuals, within the Financial Services industry.
- Must be a team player with a proactive style and can-do attitude, who takes initiative and demonstrates a willingness to help others.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work on time.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Word, MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without supervision.
- Knowledge of Workday for processing expenses is a plus.
