Are you available for mid-May start and a superb EA looking for your next exciting role in fast paced private equity? We have a wonderful opportunity for an exceptional EA to join a leading firm in the West End of London, in a hybrid capacity, supporting two Partners, a Principal and a team (5 in total) in this outstanding global company, working 9.00 – 5.30pm with flexibility to support outside of hours on odd occasions as the business requires.

We are seeking candidates ideally from top tier private equity or sharp end financial services and this is a temp to perm position, where you have the opportunity to showcase your incredible skills and ability and become part of the wider EA team who are utterly supportive and welcoming, working in a collegiate and professional environment, providing seamless administrative support, based 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Ideally you will have a solid work tenure delivering for busy Partners and teams within private equity or sharp end FS with strong MS Office skills and a warm and engaging approach and a super can-do attitude.
- Direct EA coverage for your Partners and team.
- Booking complex global and domestic travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, entry requirements for international destinations.
- Confident around board packs and board related administration.
- Manage all necessary requirements associated with extended global travel, i.e. visas, vaccinations etc.
We are seeking a candidate with a background in private equity who understands the nuances of delivering in sharp end financial services and recognises the peaks and troughs of deal flow pace and the nuts and bolts of PE.
