Project Engineer / Technical Consultant – MSP
Location: Brighton or Camberley – Hybrid / Client Sites
We’re recruiting for an established Managed Services Provider looking to add an experienced Project Engineer / Technical Consultant to its growing Professional Services team.
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role delivering a range of Microsoft cloud and infrastructure projects from planning and implementation through to documentation and handover.
The Role
You’ll deliver projects across areas including:
- Microsoft 365 & SharePoint migrations
- Windows Server & Active Directory
- VMware / Hyper‑V
- Networking, firewalls & VPNs
- Backup & disaster recovery
- Infrastructure upgrades and customer migrations
At Consultant level, you’ll also take greater ownership of scoping, solution design, technical documentation and project decision‑making, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timescales and budgets.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous MSP / Managed Services experience is essential, with experience working across multiple customer environments.
- You’ll ideally have strong hands‑on knowledge across Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory/GPO and SharePoint, alongside broader infrastructure technologies.
- You’ll also need strong customer‑facing skills and the ability to work independently when delivering technical projects.
