A leading insurance organisation is seeking an experienced BI Developer with strong Sigma Computing expertise to join their data and analytics function on an initial 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that has invested heavily in a modern cloud data platform, with Snowflake as the enterprise data warehouse and Sigma Computing as the strategic reporting and analytics tool.

We are looking for a highly skilled BI Developer who can leverage data within Snowflake and build intuitive, business-facing dashboards and reporting solutions through Sigma. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver meaningful insights that drive business decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and developing dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions in Sigma Computing
  • Building and maintaining Sigma Workbooks, Datasets, and visualisations
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions
  • Creating KPI reporting and management dashboards across insurance functions
  • Writing complex SQL queries and working directly with data within Snowflake
  • Supporting the adoption of self-service BI tools
