Overview
We are seeking an AI Agent Builder to join an internal capability within a growing professional services organisation. This role focuses on designing and building AI-driven solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will take pre-defined business requirements and translate them into working agents and automations that improve internal processes and efficiency. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who enjoys building, experimenting and working closely with users to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents within the Microsoft 365 environment
- Translate prioritised business use cases into functional solutions
- Conduct short requirements discussions with stakeholders to clarify needs
- Develop prototypes and refine solutions through feedback
- Configure integrations across Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Define data inputs, permissions and agent behaviour
- Provide guidance on feasibility and limitations of proposed solutions
- Continuously improve and optimise existing builds
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills
- Practical knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience using tools such as Copilot, Power Platform or similar automation technologies
- Ability to build workflows, automations or AI-enabled solutions
- Understanding of data handling within SharePoint, Excel and related tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical, structured approach

- Naturally curious with a genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Enjoys building solutions and experimenting with new tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment

- Exposure to AI agent frameworks or chatbot development
- Experience configuring Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tooling
- Familiarity with process automation or workflow design
