Looking for an experienced PA/Administrative professional to join a team of 3 in a leading investment management company, providing efficient and proactive support across the business.
Contract: maternity cover, 1 year
Salary: 40-45k
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Managing entry of invoices to the fundsβ recharge schedule - recording, allocating, and expense coding
- Creating recharge invoices
- Liaising with internal finance team or external Administrators as required
- Processing certain personal and corporate card expenses within Concur, and recording any recharge items
- Logging into the banks, setting up payments and transfers, as required
- Liaising with suppliers on invoice queries
- Monitoring the recharge invoice email inbox
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the investment team and senior management
- Diary management
- Answering and fielding/directing incoming calls
- Assisting the existing administration team to co-ordinate travel and accommodation requirements, providing itineraries, and arranging taxis, as required
- General administrative duties β filing, binding, photocopying, couriers
- Upkeep of office environment
- Sorting post and incoming deliveries
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and a good eye for numeracy
