You’ll shape how partners learn about products, navigate complex workflows and respond to regulatory changes.

From identifying learning needs to designing education tracks and measuring business impact, you’ll create a scalable programme that builds partner confidence, increases product usage and supports revenue growth.

This is a strategic role with ownership of programme design and delivery through cross-functional teams and agencies.

Content production and training delivery will be supported by specialists.

  • What you’ll do
  • Build an end-to-end partner education strategy, establishing frameworks, priorities and a roadmap from the ground up.
  • Use insights from Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to identify accountant pain points and segment partners into relevant learning journeys.
  • Design learning tracks, agendas and formats spanning webinars, on-demand lessons, interactive walkthroughs and third-party industry channels.
  • Translate product launches, technical workflows and regulatory changes into clear, practical education briefs.
  • Coordinate internal experts, agencies and vendors to produce content and deliver training.
  • Partner with Lifecycle and Growth Marketing to embed education into automated onboarding, nurture and adoption journeys.
  • Establish reusable content frameworks and efficient approaches to localisation across international markets.
  • Measure outcomes including time to first use, feature adoption, active usage, retention and pipeline or revenue acceleration.
  • Use experimentation, learner insights, AI and automation to improve programme performance and scale efficiently.
  • What you’ll bring
  • Experience in customer education, partner education, adoption-focused product marketing, or channel and partner marketing.
  • A track record of designing programmes that connect education or enablement to measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Experience in B2B Saa S, fintech or a comparable technology environment.

  • Confidence building frameworks from scratch, testing approaches and working through ambiguity.
  • Experience using AI and automation to improve workflows, generate insights or scale content across markets.
