We’re working with a fantastic organisation looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing People team.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded, hands‑on HR professional who enjoys working closely with business leaders, influencing people strategy and making a real difference.
The Role
As HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing both strategic and operational HR support across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with managers and senior leaders to deliver effective people solutions.
- Providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management and employment legislation.
- Supporting organisational change, restructuring and transformation initiatives.
- Coaching and developing managers to build strong, high-performing teams.
- Using people data and insights to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Supporting employee engagement, talent development and wider HR initiatives.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar generalist HR role.
- Is confident managing complex employee relations matters.
- Can build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Has a sound understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Is commercially aware, pragmatic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys balancing strategic projects with hands‑on operational HR support.
