Leading global fintech brand is looking for a cross-channel media expert ready to step into a fast-paced, high-impact role? I’m looking to speak with an experienced Media Manager/Planner or Campaign Manager with a passion for building standout brand and performance campaigns across multiple platforms across EMEA markets. This is a role that blends strategic thinking with executional rigour and offers the chance to make an immediate impact.

About the role:

A hands-on role supporting senior leadership with integrated media campaigns that raise brand visibility and accelerate commercial performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing a multi-million-pound media budget and leading activation across TV, VOD, CTV, audio and sponsorship channels. Working closely with agencies and internal teams, you’ll help drive a media roadmap that prioritises experimentation, efficiency and real-time learning.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Developing and deploying brand and acquisition campaigns across online/offline channels
  • Optimising budget allocation and tracking spend against KPIs
  • Working with creative and EMEA go-to-market teams to ensure campaigns land with impact
  • Monitoring performance and extracting actionable insights to share across the business
  • Keeping pace with evolving media trends, formats and measurement strategies

About you:

You’re an experienced media specialist with at least 5 years in a planning or campaign role, with either agency or client side experience. You understand how media channels work together to build brand equity and drive response and are confident managing complex campaigns with multiple stakeholders.

  • Deep knowledge of traditional and digital media, particularly TV, VOD, CTV, audio and sponsorship
  • Able to manage large budgets and making data-led decisions
  • Testing-first mindset, always looking to optimise for performance
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments and high-volume workflows with clarity and precision
  • Communicate effectively at all levels and knows how to get the best from agency partners
  • Fluent in using media performance data to shape future strategy
