Insights Manager

This is a pivotal role in driving the company’s digital growth strategy. Working across all digital marketing channels and leveraging data insights, you will optimise multi-channel marketing to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall growth.
You will contribute to Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy, P&L Management, and Business & Customer Insights. With a data-driven and customer-first mindset, you will help establish goals, define KPIs, and support analytics, testing, and experimentation to continuously optimise performance.
The role will cover four key areas:
- Product & Business Expansion
You will work closely with senior leaders to shape marketing approach and help foster a data-led culture.
About you:
- Experience in digital marketing, customer analytics, and performance marketing, ideally within retail or Ecommerce.
- A strong understanding of analytical tools like Bloomreach, Salesforce CDP or Adobe or similar including the tools’ reporting capabilities, customer segmentation, and data-driven marketing strategies
- Hands-on experience supporting PPC, SEO, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Email.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
- Experience with Brandwatch and Hootsuite is a plus.
- A passion for music and the music scene is highly desirable.
