About The Role
LM Talent Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development & Marketing Executive based in their Leicester legal practice. The successful candidate will manage and attend events and support Partners and Fee Earners in the office with their business development plans and opportunities.
- Managing and attending internal events and webinars, with flexibility to attend out-of-hours events
- Managing and attending key external networking events, with flexibility to attend out-of-hours events (e.g. awards ceremonies)
- Managing tenders for private and public sector panels
- Producing credentials, proposals, and presentations for new business opportunities
- Producing presentation slides, delegate packs, and corporate gifts for seminars and hospitality events
- Supporting Partners and Fee Earners with their client, team, and individual business development plans
- Managing business development meeting notes and follow-up actions
- Coordinating submissions for industry directories
- Keeping the firm's CRM system up to date with key contact details
- Coordinating photoshoots for new starters and PR opportunities
- Promoting content via the firm's social media platforms
- Liaising with stakeholders on PR opportunities
- Assisting with internal and external communications
- Handling ad-hoc business development and marketing tasks
Previous experience in a similar role is essential, and experience with tenders and proposals is desirable, though training can be provided for the right candidate.
