Are you a quality and compliance professional looking to make a real difference? We're looking for an experienced Senior Quality and Compliance Officer to join our high-energy team and play a pivotal role in maintaining excellence across our operations.

About the Role

You'll be at the heart of our quality and compliance function, supporting the technical team and driving continuous improvement across print, manufacturing and quality metrics. From maintaining BRC and ISO accreditation to leading internal audits and managing supplier standards, your work will have a direct impact on plant performance and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintaining and monitoring our quality and compliance systems, ensuring ongoing BRC and ISO accreditation
  • Leading and managing internal and external audit non-conformances through to resolution, monitoring their effectiveness
  • Acting as HARA team leader and primary contact for our pest control contractor
  • Preparing and hosting quality meetings, producing monthly analytics reports for senior leadership
  • Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, using insight to drive product and service improvements
  • Championing a culture of continuous improvement, aligning teams with plant-level objectives
  • Supporting health, safety and hygiene standards across the workplace

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum HACCP Level 3 (Level 4 preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of BRC Standards V7 or above
  • Experience conducting internal audits in a manufacturing environment — packaging or print desirable
  • A natural problem-solver with sharp analytical skills and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to influence at all levels
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage a varied workload and thrive under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
