We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established, family-owned manufacturing and commercial business with a rich history and an exciting range of products. Supplying a wide range of customers including public sector, healthcare distributors and online and traditional retailers, this is a close-knit team where your contribution will be noticed and valued whilst allowing for natural progression as the role grows.
The Role
This is a broad, hands-on position supporting two distinct commercial divisions. No two days will be the same — you will be involved in everything from content creation and social media management to CRM administration and e-commerce, adapting your approach to suit very different customer audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and distribute engaging email campaigns, product flyers and marketing materials
- Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns in collaboration with Commercial Managers
- Follow up with engaged contacts to identify and qualify leads
- Analyse and report on the ROI and performance of digital marketing activities
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, including contact database hygiene
- Create and publish targeted social media posts and respond to engagement
- Write and publish relevant blog content
- Manage and improve SEO across all company websites
- Manage product listings on eBay, Amazon, Google Shopping and other online channels
- Monitor and analyse Google Analytics and online platform performance
About You
- Experience with email marketing platforms is desirable; a willingness to learn new systems quickly is essential
- Experience creating digital marketing content and/or website copy is desirable
- Experience managing online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics
- Customer-focused, with a commitment to high-quality service
What We Offer
- Salary of circa £30,000- £35,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working — typically 3–4 days on site, 1–2 days from home
