About the roleWere looking for dedicated Senior Engineer, to join our supportive, collaborative and experienced team, with a solid technical background and a passion for problem solving.
This role is focused on designing, securing and improving Microsoft 365 environments for our customers that rely on them every day. As a Senior Engineer, you will take ownership of tenant design, security posture and operational standards across identity, devices and collaboration tools. You will act as a trusted technical contact for customers, translating business needs into secure and reliable Microsoft solutions, help lead and shape technical decisions and raise engineering quality across the service we provide.
Our ideal candidateYou will bring senior-level, hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, with strong capability in Entra ID, Intune, endpoint security, Copilot and SharePoint, a solid background in Microsoft security tooling and secure design, experience working in MSP or multi-tenant environments, and the confidence to work directly with customers at both technical and business levels, supported by relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MD-102 and SC or AZ security pathways. xgikmsk PowerShell scripting and automation experience is desirable, along with exposure to Microsoft Defender XDR and Sentinel, and experience contributing to or improving technical standards across teams.
