We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team, with a strong focus on delivering infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of projects end-to-end while also contributing to the ongoing development and support of a global IT environment. You will work closely with international colleagues and lead initiatives such as system upgrades, migrations, and improvements to security and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver infrastructure projects (e.g. migrations, upgrades, rollouts)
- Manage and optimise IT infrastructure across the UK environment
- Work with global teams to align standards and processes
- Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and compliant
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning/testing
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members
- Engage with vendors and manage third-party services
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in IT infrastructure (networks, servers, virtualisation, Azure)
- Proven ability to manage and deliver technical projects
- Good understanding of security and compliance (ISO 27001, CE+, GDPR)
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
