- £47-49k Tewkesbury 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Play a key role in delivering accurate financial information to support business decision making. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail driven, analytical and proactive finance professional who thrives in a fast paced environment. You will work closely with managers across the business, providing insight, analysis and reporting to support performance and strategy.

We are looking for a highly organised individual with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including accruals, journals and reconciliations
  • Analyse financial performance, investigate variances and provide clear insights
  • Support stock valuations, depot accounts and production analysis
  • Maintain and develop sales data analysis using Excel and internal systems
  • Assist with audits, year-end processes and financial reporting requirements
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support business performance
What we are looking for:
  • CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified
  • Previous experience in a management accounting role within manufacturing
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 and Access (desirable)
  • Excellent organisation, time management and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and inquisitive approach
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
