Job Description Infrastructure Architect – Must have active DV Clearance Gloucestershire £50-80k dependant on experience ROLE PURPOSE We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Architect with current DV clearance to work in Gloucestershire. The role is office based and collaborating with our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for focusing on helping develop the hosting platforms to effectively serve our customers with hosting platforms. Acting as a crucial link between our technology team and our customers, they will ensure the hosting platforms addresses the unique challenges. Their expertise will guide the platform\’s design, features, and functionalities related to hosting platform management, ensuring it delivers maximum value and meets industry standards. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with our product and engineering teams to define, design, and enhance platform features specifically tailored for IT infrastructure solutions. Gather and analyse customer requirements, feedback, and pain points to inform the development of platform capabilities that meet their needs. Attend client meetings alongside Sales and Account Management teams to provide consultative support, technical expertise, and strategic insight.
