Accounts/Payroll Maternity Cover - 9-12 months - Late May/early June Ross-on-Wye (Onsite) Open to full or part time (30-40 hours) £35k-40k (open to discussion dependant on experience).
We are working with a family business based in Ross-on-Wye who supply chicken to most of the UK's major retailers. We are looking for a dynamic Accounts/Payroll Manager to join a small friendly accounts team in the head office based in Ross on Wye to cover maternity leave.
You must have significant experience of working in Accounts, Microsoft Excel, managing a diverse workload and meeting strict deadlines. We use Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll so familiarity with these packages would be beneficial.
This role includes:
- Creating sales invoices
- Processing purchase invoices and payments
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT submissions
- Journal entries
- Payroll
As we are a small office, all other areas of office admin are also part of the job description.
AAT level 4 or equivalent with relevant experience.
