We are now recruiting a Sales & Reservations Coordinator to cover our Edinburgh venues and support London, Glasgow, and Belfast.

THE ROLE

The Sales & Reservations Coordinator will oversee and execute reservations, group bookings and event bookings across the region as required with a view to maximising bookings in all units to achieve budgeted revenue. Regularly optimising all bookings with continuous improvement of the yield of tables, spaces and private hire areas whilst ensuring clear and open communication between customers and the venue to ensure efficient delivery that goes above and beyond expectation on customer experience.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • The right candidate is outgoing with an ability to build great relationships with venue management teams and customers alike.
  • To be successful they will additionally be self‑motivated, an excellent communicator and possess great organisational skills and attention to detail.

Working Schedule

Office-based 40 hrs a week on a rota with shifts ranging from 9 am – 7 pm. One weekend a month on rotation, to support bookings and reservations across the Glendola estate.
