We are always looking for Nurses both days and nights at homes across the group providing general nursing and dementia nursing care.
We are looking for a Registered Nurses with experience of providing professional support to all members of the care team, and of implementing care plans, risk assessments and medication administration.

What we are looking for:
- Experienced, fully registered nurses who are passionate about care of the elderly and is able to ensure the care, welfare and safety of all residents in the unit, taking full responsibility for adherence to statutory regulations.
- Positive caring professionals with experience in leading and motivating a team caring for residents with dementia.
- Experienced in all aspects of medicine management.
- A keen eye and exceptional attention to detail.
- Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines calmly in the time assigned.
- Ability to work with all other health professionals, family members, employees and outside bodies to achieve the best possible outcomes for the people we support.
