We are looking for passionate Healthcare Assistants, working nights at our service Cherry Tree House in Romiley, Stockport. As a Healthcare Assistant you will play a crucial role in caring for the people we support and will make a positive impact every single day. What we are looking for:
- A positive caring professional with experience in caring for residents with dementia.
- A keen eye and exceptional attention to detail.
- Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines calmly in the time assigned.
- Ability to develop relationships with residents and carers, and where appropriate, friends and family.
- Someone who is motivated and takes pride in their work.
