We're looking for a Training Designer to join our team based in Helensburgh on a 12-18 Month FTC (Fixed Term Contract).
Work Pattern: (9/75) 9-day fortnight or (4xFlex) 4-day week (days can vary depending on training delivery schedule). Hybrid working with typically 1-2 days a week working remotely.

The successful candidate must achieve the appropriate level (sc) of security clearance.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
- Experience in training design
- Technical Training design experience in Engineering, Defence, Armed Forces, Emergency Services or a similar environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills — confident in front of a room
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to balance priorities
- A proactive, flexible and motivated approach
Desirable skills
- Strategic Weapon System (SWS) experience (Operator or Training Designer/Trainer)
- Training Delivery
