The Quality Control Inspector (QCI) is a vital member of the Engineering and Compliance Team, trusted in the provision of Quality Control and Procedural Compliance, in support of the UK Submarine Strategic Weapons System (SWS) Program.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct inspection tasks for the Trident Weapon System and associated equipment, with a keen eye
- Ensure UK and US approved safe system of work is adhered to
- Conduct inspections by applying relevant accept/reject criteria
- Identify and address any discrepancies during inspection and processing activities, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Document processing in accordance with safe systems of work.
- Adhere to stringent safety and quality standards
- Support Operational overtime which will be discussed and agreed in advance with Line Management
