We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team based from Helensburgh. This role benefits from our 4xFlex working pattern offering a 4 day week Monday - Thursday. We also operate a hybrid working pattern with typically 2-3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring instructional design scripts to life through multimedia course content.
  • Innovate and captivate with course content using Adobe Captivate.
  • Craft high quality graphics and multimedia using Adobe Creative Suite, elevating learning experiences.
  • Design multimedia content tailored for AR/VR environments using 3D design tools such as Blender.

The successful candidate must achieve the appropriate level (SC) of security clearance.

Experience:

  • Experience in 3D and graphic design, video editing, preferably with the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Adept at understanding user requirements and transforming them into high quality digital assets.
  • Understanding of eLearning authoring software (preferably Adobe Captivate).
  • Master of visual storytelling, adept at communicating complex concepts through captivating visuals and animations.
  • Organised, pragmatic, and able to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desired skills:

  • Unity coding experience.
  • 3D design using Blender.
  • Space experience.
  • Knowledge of Defence training standards.
