Oakmeadow Surgery (Glenfield, Leicester) is a city-based practice, with 8,500 patients and 4 partners.
We are currently looking to expand our management team to recruit a Pharmacist who can help lead our organisation into the future.
We employ a host of highly skilled staff including pharmacists, pre-reg pharmacists, nurses, HCAs and other roles. We are a training practice and support medical students and GP resident doctors. We are an extremely supportive and strong team. We pride ourselves on working smarter, being innovative and being high achieving (in terms of QOF, IIF and DES). We offer:
- Flexible schedule, usually 4-5 days a week.
- Very competitive pay £22-26 per hour (dependent on experience in GP)
- NHS pension and annual leave included.

Requirements:
- Qualified Pharmacist with experience in Primary Care role.
- Established as Independent Prescriber
- Ideally, with a special interest in Diabetes.
- Experienced using SystmOne, AccuRx, Ardens, etc.
- Strong organisational skills and leadership qualities. A keen eye for detail, quality improvement, clinical governance i.e. QOF, IIF, etc. Excellent team working and communication skills.
