We are looking for a salaried GP to join our friendly and dynamic team:

We employ a host of highly skilled staff including pharmacists, pre-reg pharmacists, nurses, HCAs and other roles. We are a training practice and support medical students and GP resident doctors. We are an extremely supportive and strong team. We pride ourselves on working smarter, being innovative and being high achieving (in terms of QOF, IIF and DES). What we are looking for:

  • Flexible number of sessions per week available.
  • Opportunity for further sessions to locum internally covering annual leave and sickness.
  • Salary negotiable and competitive based on experience and contract type.
  • Start date – August 2026.

The team you will join:

  • 4 GP partners and 2 salaried GPs
  • Year 3 and year 5 medical students, and GP resident doctors (ST2)
  • A team of:
    • Pharmacists
    • HCA
    • Nurses
    • Mental health facilitator
    • Healthcare navigators

About Us:

  • We are an extremely supportive training practice. There are lots of opportunities for mentoring, learning, discussions, attending meetings and an MDT approach, as well as a friendly open-door policy with all our clinical and non-clinical colleagues, not just our GPs. We pride ourselves on working smarter (not harder) and being innovative.
  • We offer flexible shifts as well as regular work to accommodate a sustainable work life balance.
  • We care for and have a list size of approximately 8500 patients.
  • Appointments are a mixture of F2F and telephone.
  • We are rated Good by CQC, and we perform highly in QOF. We use SystmOne, Ardens and AccuRx.
  • We work closely with our PCN, the LMC and the ICB.
  • We provide specialist diabetes, steroid injections and a host of other services.
  • We offer additional roles such as clinical lead roles for areas such as training, PCN work, EOL, CVD, Asthma, COPD, etc.

The right candidate will become integral to our team and become part of the leadership team – driving improvements to make a better and effective service for the patients we care for.

Employment terms are generous, supportive and will be fully compliant with the BMA model contract. This package also includes CPD time and annual leave.
