Bushloe Surgery is seeking friendly, motivated, and enthusiastic Receptionists to join our team. The ideal candidates may have experience as a receptionist (although not required as training will be given) and be able to perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidates will possess a positive, friendly, professional manner, be able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment and work as part of a busy team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls, booking patient appointments
- Complete patient tasks as required
- Update patient records as required
- Assist with maintaining the appearance of the office as well as the reception area.
This vacancy is for 24 hours per week with days to be agreed. We require flexibility and assistance in covering holidays and absence. Previous experience would be preferred but full training can be provided for the right candidate. Rate of pay is currently £12.60 per hour.
