Groby Road Medical Centre is entering an exciting new chapter and we are looking for the right person to help us lead the journey.

With 11,000 patients and expanding clinical services, we are recruiting for an Operations or Practice Manager who can bring energy, leadership, and strategic insight to our team. We are looking for someone who:

• Can lead and inspire large multi‑disciplinary teams
• Is confident with HR, finance, IT systems, compliance and service improvement
• Wants to actively shape the future of a growing practice
