Glenfield Surgery is seeking a reliable and experienced Locum Nurse to support our Extended Hours Clinic.
Days: Monday and Wednesday
Hours: 18:00 – 20:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality patient care within an extended hours setting
- Undertaking a broad range of routine nursing duties including cervical cytology, wound care, adult immunisations and travel vaccinations, and administering treatments
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records (SystmOne)
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
- Previous experience in a primary care or GP practice setting is desirable
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
