Llrlmc is hiring for a pharmacist to join Westcotes Health Centre and Belgrave Health Centre, full-time, 37.5 hours per week. The role involves leading medication reviews to improve patient outcomes and working with GPs, nurses and the wider practice team to make informed clinical decisions across two practices.
You will be registered with GPhC, with GP practice or PCN experience, and ideally hold or be working towards a GPhC independent prescribing qualification.
