Job Summary

This role is based in Watford and involves supporting our drivers by delivering the best service through knowledge, education and passion. You will put the driver and their experience first, taking time to understand their needs and deliver difficult messages with clarity, explaining and educating at every opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Support drivers to deliver the best service, ensuring knowledge, education, and passion drive all interactions.
• Put the driver and their experience first by taking time to understand driver needs.
• Deliver difficult messages with empathy, explaining and educating drivers and others.
• Stakeholder management – proactively chase responses internally and externally, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Respond to all interactions articulately and professionally, providing all information required on the first contact.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner.
• Proactive and inquisitive—ask questions to understand context and impact.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to flex and prioritise to meet varied business pressures.
• High accuracy levels and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer‑focused environment is useful.

Salary & Location

Salary Range £30,609 – £32,220 per annum. This is a full‑time role based in Watford, with a hybrid working pattern of at least three days per week in the office. Flexible working options are available.
