Lloyds is seeking a proactive Interaction/UX Designer to work with a full design team, owning the design output and presenting work to stakeholders. You’ll adapt designs based on user research and usability testing, balancing business needs with user goals.
You will craft end-to-end experiences using our central design system, prototype with Sketch, Figma, or similar, collaborate with developers, and advocate accessibility for customers of varied backgrounds and abilities.
