Are you a Property Treaty specialist with underwriting, exposure management, and/or pricing expertise, and a passion for delivering sustainable profitability and excellence? Do you have the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across the Lloyd’s market and beyond? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Underwriting Performance Manager, Property Treaty role at Lloyd’s. As the Underwriting Performance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the underwriting policy for the Property Treaty class, providing oversight of technical underwriting issues, and working with other Lloyd’s functions to support the strategic goals of the Corporation. You will produce high-quality analysis, guidance, and insight on your product line, proactively engaging and sharing knowledge with syndicates to understand and support their performance and strategic decision-making. You will work in partnership with syndicates across the market to ensure the Property Treaty class delivers long-term sustainable profitable performance and enhances the reputation of the Lloyd’s market.
