Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience supporting High Net Worth client relationships within Private Banking, Wealth or a similar environment
  • Understanding of the financial services landscape and the needs of entrepreneur clients
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative mindset with growing confidence in stakeholder engagement
  • (Desirable) Supporting complex or vulnerable client situations
  • (Desirable) Experience contributing to events or client engagement initiatives

What the job involves

  • This role sits at the heart of our growing Entrepreneurs proposition and offers the chance to build deep sector experience while working closely with senior Private Banking stakeholders.
  • As a Senior Private Banking Executive, you’ll support Private Banking Managers and Directors with some of our largest and most complex entrepreneur clients.
  • You’ll contribute to client meetings, relationship planning and delivery, ensuring clients receive seamless, joined‑up support across banking, lending, investments and estate planning.
  • You’ll help manage relationships with entrepreneurs, founders and owner‑managed businesses, using market and sector insight to support proactive engagement and excellent service.
  • Alongside client activity, you’ll play an important role in planning and delivering client and colleague events, strengthening relationships and showcasing the Entrepreneurs proposition.
  • You’ll also build strong relationships with internal and external introducers to support quality referrals and sustainable growth.
