Product Owner (12 month FTC)

• As Product Owner for Management Reporting within the Finance Platform, you’ll play a central role in a major Finance transformation

• Define the Future – Create and deliver a clear vision for Management Reporting, shaping future reporting, analytics and performance management capabilities across Finance. Lead data-driven performance management and analytics and influence organisational tooling, process and reporting strategy
• Lead Product Delivery – Own and prioritise the product backlog, translating business needs into high-value solutions delivered through Agile teams and methodology. Balance innovation, technical debt, regulatory requirements and stakeholder priorities
• Transform How Finance Operates – Simplify and modernise reporting processes through automation, standardisation and data-driven decision-making. Drive adoption of solutions that reduce manual effort, improve controls and provide richer business insight
• Build Great Partnerships – Collaborate across Finance, Data, Engineering, Architecture and Change teams, creating enthusiasm and momentum for the product vision and roadmap. Engage senior stakeholders to align priorities and deliver measurable value
