We’re looking for a People Delivery and Planning Lead to join our People function and play a critical role in shaping and driving the delivery of our People Strategy. This role sits at the heart of our planning, governance, and decision‑making processes — ensuring our priorities across talent, capability, culture, performance, workforce planning, reward and organisational design are aligned, sequenced and delivered effectively.
Working closely with the People Leadership Team, you’ll bring clarity, structure and insight to how we plan and deliver our strategic and BAU priorities. You’ll maintain visibility of progress, risks, capacity, and interdependencies across the portfolio, enabling informed decisions and supporting successful execution across the People function.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong strategic planning and systems‑thinking capability.
- Expertise in portfolio management, governance frameworks and risk/issue management.
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders.
- Deep understanding of core HR disciplines (Talent, Learning, Reward, OD, Workforce Planning, ER/IR and Culture).
