Lloyd’s are seeking to recruit a Governance and Reporting Manager on a 12 Month FTC (Fixed Term Contract). The successful candidate will work closely with the Lloyd’s Operations Transformation Director and other senior stakeholders to create high quality governance materials that support Exec/Board level oversight and delivery of a major transformation programme within Lloyd’s.
Principal Accountabilities
- Ability to independently create Exec and Board level presentations, including executive summaries and spotlight papers for programme and Exec/Board level governance forums.
- Ability to lead senior stakeholders to define and agree agendas, storylines and who provides content.
- Timely management and collation of content from stakeholders, challenging and/or refining content as required.
- Quality assurance of all materials to ensure they meet the standards expected by the governance forum and accurately represent the position of the project.
- Coordinate and lead pack reviews with key stakeholders, including COO and Operations Transformation Director, to finalise content pre-submission.
- Engage with and influence senior stakeholders.
- Build presence across Operations.
- Take notes and issue minutes for key forums.
- Define and track actions.
- Ensure all governance and risk controls are adhered to, including all agreed control processes.
- Escalate risks and issues as appropriate.
- Actively engage with and input to governance forums as required.
Skills Knowledge and Experience
- Excellent business writing skills, including drafting and reviewing high quality presentations up to Exec and Board level.
- Strategic and structured mindset, able to translate programme delivery into clear and concise messages and decisions for senior stakeholders.
- Good understanding of Operations and/or complex transformation programmes.
- Highly organised, with the drive to own and deliver, often under tight timelines.
- Senior stakeholder management and the ability to clearly communicate at all levels (incl. Exec level).
- Proactive approach with the ability to adapt positively to business change.
- Good, experienced facilitator and team player.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
