  • HOURS: 35 hours, full time
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

Delivery: leading the end-to-end delivery of integrated media and creative communications campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, driving brand and product growth, customer engagement and commercial performance

Requirements

  • Controls & Governance: Experienced in managing significant budgets and ensuring compliance with FCA and Group risk frameworks, maintaining the highest standards of governance and control.
  • Experience helps, but attitude is everything — bring your best and help Britain prosper.
  • Campaign

Leadership: A minimum 5+ years of development and execution of end-to-end integrated communications delivery of high-profile, multi-channel campaigns including AV, Social, Influencers, OOH, Print, Digital, Website and Internal activations.

Manage workflows, partners, and agencies to deliver on time, on budget, and on brief, driving measurable impact.

  • Media & Innovation: Deep understanding of traditional and emerging media, leveraging data to test, scale, and stay ahead of changing customer behaviours.
