Overview
As a Team Personal Assistant you enable the People leadership team to operate smoothly by structuring busy schedules, coordinating priorities, and fostering trusted cross-functional relationships. You will manage calendars, travel, meetings, and expenses, while handling confidential information with care. This role sits at the heart of the People team, supporting leadership, deputising for the Executive PA when needed, and driving specific projects to completion. You’ll work in a fast-paced, inclusive environment that values proactive, high-quality support and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage busy inboxes and diaries, prioritising internal, external and market-facing commitments
- Coordinate meetings, events and presentations including agendas, venues and logistics
- Track actions and follow up with stakeholders to drive work to completion
- Build effective relationships with senior colleagues, support teams and market contacts
- Organise UK and international travel as required
- Prepare expenses and raise purchase orders in Workday; monitor invoices and budgets
- Manage team channels and email distribution lists
- Provide meeting support (agendas, minutes, actions, follow-ups)
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Support the wider People leadership team and deputise for the Executive PA
- Take ownership of specific projects and pieces of work
Key requirements
- Strong organisation, planning and diary management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Experience managing competing demands and stakeholder expectations

- Experience providing team PA and meeting support
