We’re looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager for a 9 Month FTC to help bring our strategy, leadership and culture to life for colleagues across the world. What you’ll do
- Design and deliver strategic internal campaigns that connect colleagues to Lloyd’s new strategy.
- Shape compelling, clear narratives — including content for our CEO and Executive team.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen leadership visibility and engagement.
- Lead the planning and delivery of town halls, leadership forums and campaigns.
- Provide trusted advice to senior leaders, helping them communicate with clarity and impact.
- Set standards and governance to ensure high-quality, consistent communications.
- Use data and insight to measure impact and continuously improve.
- Coach others and champion creative, strategic thinking across the team.
- Manage agency partners to deliver brilliant, high-quality outputs.
