We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting and performance insight across Lloyd’s Corporation.
You’ll translate strategic priorities into financial plans that surface trade‑offs, risks and opportunities — so leaders can act with confidence.
Bring insight, challenge and focus You’ll lead performance reporting that explains not just what happened, but why it matters and what comes next.
And you’ll help senior leaders spot issues early and take action fast.
Partner with senior leaders You’ll build trusted relationships across Finance and the wider business, becoming a go‑to adviser on performance and priorities.
And you’ll represent FP&A in cross‑functional and strategic discussions, making sure financial implications are understood early.
You’ll also help modernise our approach, using technology and automation so the team spends less time producing numbers and more time adding value.
Lead and develop others You’ll lead, coach and develop a small team of analysts, creating clarity, building capability and supporting high performance.
Strong experience in FP&A, finance business partnering or performance management, ideally in a complex organisation A track record of leading budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting that influences senior decision‑making Confidence to engage, influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively Experience managing costs, including workforce‑related spend Experience leading or developing others, with a focus on capability and accountability You’ll also bring: The ability to turn complex financial data into clear, commercial insight Strong judgement, attention to detail and communication skills A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or equivalent experience Experience with tools like Anaplan or Workday is helpful, but not essential.
