What you’ll do
- Help shape plans that drive better decisions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning across Lloyd’s
- Turn business activity and cost drivers into clear, robust financial insight
- Highlight risks, opportunities, and trade-offs in a way people understand
- Help improve planning processes so they’re faster, simpler, and more consistent
- Deliver insight that matters
- Produce clear, high-quality reporting and commentary
- Explain not just what happened — but why it matters and what to do next
- Challenge assumptions and spot issues early
- Support better decision-making through evidence-based insight
- Partner across the business
- Build strong relationships across Finance and beyond
- Support senior stakeholders with clear, concise materials for key forums, including Executive Team and Council
- Bring a financial lens to day-to-day decisions and conversations

- Support the full planning cycle across month-end, forecasts, and budgets
- Help shift the focus from manual reporting to value-adding insight

What you’ll bring

- Strong FP&A or finance business partnering experience in a complex environment
- The ability to turn data into clear, commercially relevant insight
- Confidence to engage, influence, and challenge constructively

- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working with budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting
- It’s a bonus if you’ve worked with tools like Anaplan or Workday, but it’s not essential.
