Lloyd’s are seeking to recruit a Senior Actuarial Associate in our Capital Oversight team, you'll play a key role in protecting the strength of the Lloyd’s market.
You'll review syndicate capital models, provide independent challenge, and help ensure capital is managed effectively across the market.
This is an opportunity to apply your actuarial expertise to complex, high-profile work while influencing decisions across the world's leading insurance and reinsurance marketplace.
What you'll do Review syndicate capital models and submissions, identifying key risks and areas for challenge.
Assess major model changes against Lloyd’s and regulatory requirements.
Support and develop analysts through coaching and technical guidance.
Contribute to wider actuarial projects, including work relating to the Lloyd’s Internal Model.
What you'll bring Experience in non-life insurance, ideally with exposure to capital modelling.
Strong actuarial and analytical skills.
Experience delivering projects and managing competing priorities.
Knowledge of Excel and an interest in tools such as R, VBA or other analytical programming languages.
Qualified or nearly qualified as a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (or equivalent).
Your work will help maximise the capital advantage of the Lloyd’s market while supporting strong and sustainable performance.
