Lloyds is seeking an experienced Customer Journey Manager to shape lending journeys across a major transformation programme. You will partner with the Product Owner and product team to understand, measure and orchestrate customer journeys with a focus on technology and cross-functional integration.

You’ll lead continuous improvement of journeys, balancing customer needs with risk and technical constraints, and work with Engineers, Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver fast, simple and effective solutions.
