As a Lead Integrator, you’ll take on a critical leadership role within a strategically important transformation, owning the delivery of complex, cross-platform change across both business and technology. You’ll be accountable for end-to-end delivery, ensuring plans are fully integrated, dependencies are actively managed, and outcomes are delivered safely and at pace. This is a strategic transformation for Business & Commercial Banking (BCB), critical to increasing market share through faster, more reliable lending journeys, transforming customer and colleague experience by removing friction from origination to fulfilment, and enabling scalable growth across BB, SME & MM through automated, digitally enabled journeys.

Working at the heart of delivery, you’ll lead and align cross-functional teams, partnering closely with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to orchestrate seamless execution across multiple platforms. You’ll proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and resolve complex delivery challenges in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You’ll operate at a senior level, engaging and influencing stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk and Operations, bringing clarity to complex delivery landscapes and driving alignment across competing priorities. This is a highly visible role where you’ll balance pace with control, ensuring strong governance, clear accountability, and delivery that delivers meaningful impact for both customers and the business.
